Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable Items
- Used or damaged items (unless faulty)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
