At Electromartx, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
